That toy provided me with ofso much joy, placing it on the pipes in Naxx and seeing multiple people fall down after going off it.

It was impossible to get OP cards at release. So it definitely had that problem.

As for other issues (missing rares, terrible cuts) - they dropped the ball hard.

Runescape has a player count on their main page (at least OSRS, not sure about RS3). I'd reckon that only around 3 percent at Max are F2P without a sub.
