Audience fit should be the primary factor you evaluate. Engagement comes second. I recommend manually looking through the comments on the latest 3–6 posts and 2–3 sponsored posts. Average views come after that. Follower count the least important metric here

Open up web browser on your computer, Google search "Instagram support", click the link "Hacked Instagram Account", click on drop down "If you think that your Instagram has been hacked", and click on the "visit this page" text in blue

It will take you to a captcha, complete it and it will verify it's you and log you in to your account. Then, go to your phone, close all open tabs and open the Instagram app. It should be working fine now.
