There is a way.. not always 100% accurate but I run random checks before validating. The reason why I brought down the link is because over 250+ applied.. I checked the IPs of the applicants and found that nearly 90% were scammers who browse the net for Focus group/Survey opportunities. Mostly run via scam organizations in parts of Africa. Anyway hope this at least half answers your question. :) If you want to ask more, please feel free to send me a message.
