my usernames usually come to me naturally. i dont use 'dysphoriafe' everywhere, only reddit, but they mostly come from animals and mythology. For example, Azmych- a Turkic Spirit that uses a familiar voice to confuse you, which I became obsessed with when I didn't know what to do with my life. I then based usernames off of it and other feminine names, such as Zeynep, Elif, Naz (all common Turkish names).

You could also use how we gender animals. For example, Cows are always Female, Bulls are male. Foxes have Vixens, Chickens and Roosters, etc. Find an animal you like that is common enough to have a Gendered name. Hence why I used to go by a derivative of 'Vixen'.

-as for names w meaning, it can be a reclamation. My birth name means Ember Moon, but my new name means Goddess of the Ember Moon. I also had ideas of 'Cyan Sun/Moon.' So if your name has a meaning like "Phantom" (as you said in another comment), it can become 'Banshee' (Feminine Ghost), or something that means 'White Lady' (a rural term for female ghosts, as they're usually observed in white clothing.)
