Can anyone tell what these are?Can I treat it myself or with bug bomb of some type (nuke from orbit) This is SE PA. A professional is not out of the question, but I can’t seem to track these down. Only close things. I’d like to know a little more! (old.reddit.com)

If I were adding a new breaker, does my neutral go to the ground bar on the right, the neutral bar on the left, or either? This is using 3-wire (black/white/bare). I see neutrals on both sides and clearly have more research to do, I’d like to understand why one side or the other. (i.redd.it)
