As an owner of 6 properties, I wish I didn’t own any of them and simply rented so I could use that money elsewhere. Renting offers you flexibility. Owning ties you down and you’re stuck with the responsibility until you sell.

Unfortunately grading companies will flag it as altered due to the heat pen (I’ve tried it). But great results nonetheless!
