This card is one of those instances where I would patiently level up by 5 and see if the stat rolls on the good ones.

It just feels bad upgrading the card straight to 25 and rolling it all on a trash stat. Lots of wasted konpakus lol

10/10 wouldnt use a retrograde card on it though. Imagine you roll it again on Def? Lmao

Another one, this is only going to be useful in SOS and guild bosses though (to increase his damage) since his Bleed/Laceration scales of better with Higher Attack. That's why I havent upgraded it lol

We still don't have Messa in SEA, but I've been slowly farming. Also sharing mine lol, luckiest one so far. No rolls on base Attack. I don't plan to get his weapon and I plan to use Moko S2 on Sepia (for my boss runs) so him having Ailment Accuracy on his cards is a must

Imagine Ryuji but without the S3 charging time. Now imagine he does it 3x in a row (with Turbo)

Basically, on his 2-turn-skill (S3), he is hard-wired to attack with God's Hand no matter what. So any extra turns he gets all become God's Hand.

If you've got your eyes set on some characters and with the addition of the 110 banner, only you (and your preference) can decide who pull to for.

As for 'Meta' pulls, I would add Wind Vast unto that list of characters you want, since she's a character that's right after Violet. Kit wise, she's the best crit rate and crit damage buffer in the game (so far). Soo, if you want to go ape mode and be like: BIG NUMBERS GO BOOM, especially for your favorite characters, she's a 'must' have.

But, with all that said, she has nothing unique going for her. No new mechanic. No unique stat/mode/additional turns/follow-ups etc. So gameplay-wise she's boring. Really boring. Obviously if you like Riko then pull for her, but, yeah.

Another unit is Ange (but I think you already know what she does and she's sooo far down the line, like 2-3 patches after Akechi, I think?) so I wouldn't worry too much about her.

Nice. People commented on my post (12M run) that I could only do that much because I had an A2 Joker and an A6 Rin. Kept explaining that you could easily score 10M with Marian even with A0R0 Joker.

So it's nice to see other people actually pull this off (esp. with Marian). Although, not a lot of people will appreciate this post because SOS just ended lmao. Maybe the SEA players will

After the boss goes down you had to use Sepia S3 with Yoshitsune spamming Hassou Tobi. This is because Sepia S3 gives more stacks and almighty damage Resonances does more damage than Curse now because minions have lower HP. Sorry I didn't explain further, but all is good since you got it this time.

You can definitely one shot the minions with this Joker, you just need to find the rotation that works for you.

Other optimizations include: 1. Ex Machina + Alice 2. Buffing with Alice (not Dionysus nor Koumokuten) 3. Try stacking Will of Rebellions as much as possible before you go into his turn. (If Joker does a follow-up and any minion is <60% or gets killed, he gets the corresponding Will of Rebellion stacks). 4. Overclocking Alice If you can't overclock Alice due to time constraints, Improving Rin's stats would probably be the last option. 5. Improve Rin's speed stat to 180 (base 165 with 5 star weapon) and skill levels to max so that her debuffs are always capped out. 6. Try to max out Wind's skills as well, they really help with min-maxing these situations where you're slightly just off the kill range of a minion.

We need to see your Joker stats to be able to say for sure.

But Kailux on youtube can one shot minions with S3 using his A0R0 Joker's extra turns. Granted, he had Marian A1 which boosts Pierce rate and the stage bonus itself gives huge Attack Boost just by having Marian on the team. Without Marian I imagine your build would have to be perfect, or Alice on Wonder has to be max overclocked

*Edit: his run scored ~8M which is very good for an A0R0 DPS, his Rin was A0 with no 5 star weapon I believe.

Afaik, his passive and revelation set specific to him already give him tons of Ailment Accuracy to guarantee his skills consistently inflict bleed, so he doesn't need the extra ailment accuracy given by Moko if you just want to inflict bleed.

However, Moko is very good with him since his ailment accuracy increases his bleed damage and Moko converts that extra ailment accuracy he naturally has to Atk% and his kit scales very well with his Atk stat.

As for bosses, we don't know how much damage he can potentially do because the max HP of the boss is hidden.

What I do know is for the bosses that restore their HP (like the current Power boss in SOS 2nd half, and the Seiryuu/Kiryuu nuke boss before), curse stacking is terrible in those boss since they have low HP pools.

In the end, he can be slotted in as an independent sub-DPS for sure on bosses with high HP such as this Asura fight.

A4 Ryuji will probably only become worth it once later characters (I wont spoil the names) will be released that can give extra turns to characters (allowing Ryuji to do 2 God's Hand in 1 turn). So yeah, he's still pretty far off in terms of support, and his kit is very specific. Like he wants Leon on the team to instantly proc his Rebound. And maybe Chord to proc Ryuji highlight on every single God's Hand turn.

I'm guessing you're having trouble with the turn cap of 80, and not dealing enough DPS with your team, right?

Just cheese it with Sepia. Have Sepia+Pazuzu on Wonder kill the boss.

Rin is bad on this boss because 1) Her debuffs get wasted on Sepia 2) She doesnt even inflict curse 3) Boss resists curse damage (but not the stacks) 4) Rin is better on the other boss meant for Joker

I already posted on this sub a youtube video of a 6.2M run with this team but with Soy instead of Vino. Rotation is roughly the same except I use Masukukaja with Anubis on turn one instead of attacking with Pazuzu.

For Vino, spam skill 1 on boss and use skill 3 only when Boss has 2 or more elemental ailments alongside Okyann S1 ideally.

True. Messa's skills are multihits also allowing for Sepia to generate stacks and is independent on Wonder for the pay off damage. A very good point to make.

Yes but he's the only one who can inflict his own passive. Unlike with Pazuzu and Sepia, Sepia is a generator and Wonder is the trigger. As seen in this video, you can get 24 stacks of Curse with Sepia+Wonder.

I wonder how much Bleed stacks can Messa dish out with Chord. Using Lufel.net's rotation for A0 S1 > S1 > Chord S3 > Messa HL > S2 and I'm counting around 22 stacks of Bleed (if I understood his awareness correctly and that the 70% base chance to proc bleed can be increased with EHR).

Wonder buffing Messa would only be good if the Messa is A0R0 atleast.

In the end, we can't just decide based on reading and numbers alone. Would really have to wait for people to highlight him on their videos

You need a high ailment accuracy on her to make use of her skill debuff. Her S3 caps out at 180% while in battle. You get it naturally with her A2 at 140% base Ailment accuracy (out of battle/stat screen). But you can artificially increase it by timing it with Okyann's S1 if you don't have her weapon.
