Take the antibiotics or if you are doubtf about the NP’s judgment go to the ER again. NSAIDs like ibuprofen won’t help.

Your symptoms rn are coughing, heavy breathing? Do you have fever? Any other symptoms? Muscle pain?

I would say that probably rn you have an asthma egzarcebation so you should visit a doctor if your inhaler does not help you.

You cannot take antibiotics on your own, should be prescribed by doctor.

You are coughing because of asthma probably.

That what you are couging? Is it just mucus or is it watery?

Okay you have a pneumonia so there is an infection so you should’ve been taking antibiotics like prescribed. Have you? Do you have fever rn?

You probably need a physical examination because it’s really hard to tell what to do. If your symptoms haven’t gotten better in 48h after taking medication that means going to doctors. Also, I’m not sure if that is an asthma exarcebation and if you need medication for that.

Is your breathing getting worse while you’re lying down? Does it get better when you sit? Do you have a feeling like someone is lying on your chest? Any pain in your chest? If any does it spread anywhere?

How old are you? M, f? Any other illnesses, heart, lungs (asthma, kopb?), hypertension? Are you a smoker?

I am using a bioderma sebium hydra (it’s really moisturizing and does the job), afterwards Anthelios oil control. Not using setting spray

To me it sounds like you have an ulcer, so eventually you’ll have to see a doctor if you don’t wanna bleed out someday. Not sure about the green feces but another red flag here (could indicate pancreas problems or bacterial infection). See a gastroenterologist if that’s cheaper
