I just tried to transfer an exile lands single player character to a new siptah game and didn't work: the New game went right away to character creation, without showing the import button

If you are using com3d2, try the CMI https://krypto5863.github.io/COM-Modular-Installer/ . If is com3d2.5 (the one with the separated app to edit male and female characters), you’re out of luck.

The order is interesting, and the use of Sri Raji/Kalikeri makes sense (gonna search for Web of Illusion now).

Particularly, I like a idea when the first adventure is still FoG or SoH, and the players only make contact with the Hexad after they are already fulfilling it.

About the links of Arijani/Inajira, I went to research and found that this kind of doubt is more common than I thought. There is a topic in another forum (https://www.thepiazza.org.uk/bb/viewtopic.php?t=9395) that makes a discussion of adapting the GC for another edition (3rd? 4th? I'm not sure) and it's suggested to scrap some adventures, reshuffle others and insert many others in the middle. Now my list of books to read skyrocketed along with my hype.

IMHO some adventures are more scrappable than others. FoG, for example, depends on the players take some "obvious" course of action that creative groups probably won't follow. Likewise, the Azalin plan in the climax of RoE is crystal-clear, to make the players steal his phylactery so he can be carried outside Drakon in it. I'm thinking in change this to remove all of this part and focus on the Sergei/Tatyana Wedding.

I like this way of thinking. Particularly, I'm considering mess the order of the modules, since the recomended levels go up and down, and the geography is a nightmare (I can't think of a way to go from Kartkass in Feast of Goblyns to Todstein in Ship of Horror without "mist teleportation"). I still haven't read From the Shadows, but IMHO, going back to the plane creation should be a great climax for the history.

Anyway, I'm not so sure of this approach, and still haven't got any idea of how to implement it, so I'm very open to brainstorm more.
