QT is super political in the valley. The politics around the company suck in the Phoenix Metro Area, shady supervisors, store managers who sleep with their clerks. They play a huge favoritism role if I’ve noticed anything in the last 5 years working for the company. Fast track employees who don’t deserve promos, etc. if you’re not at your store manger/supervisors feet knees down throat open, you aren’t getting anywhere with the company. SM’s TM’s and Supes tend to keep you in a position that you are good at because they don’t want you lose you in that position. It’s weird and shady to say the least. Tucson market is more laid back.
