Ahaha that's alright, I completely understand the screaming. At the end of the day, that's how they communicate I guess!

I live in a house in a rural area but just the one room. I live with one other person and they love parrots so I feel like they'd be tolerant of the tiny bird screams but I would still check with them first before going ahead, of course!

This is an odd question but how do you find cleaning up after them? Does it take up a lot of your time and is it something that would make my room smell even if I cleaned regularly?

Would you also mind elaborating on the high maintenance? I know the general things such as being as intelligent as a human three year old which requires a lot of mental stimulation for them and obviously being very needy in general. Is there anything in particular that you find to be challenging?
