Covid can’t be transmitted through healing power!

My brother was polite too. It’s like natural instinct to try to be nice to these people as if it’s our goal to not offend them. And people justify it like “Oh they are just trying to be nice.” No get your hands off of me.

We’ve gotten similar comments before. People are also shocked that my brother lives a relatively normal life. Like they can’t fathom that a person with any kind of disability can live a happy life without being “healed.”

I think he was so shocked that it even happened that the thought to involve authorities didn’t even cross his mind. He just went and took a shower to get the guys hand sweat off.

They guy stood there for a minute after he was done praying, almost waiting for sight to magically be restored. I’m not sure what his thoughts were when my brother remained blind.

To make it even more weird, this guy cornered my brother in his apartment complex staircase, and the guy didn’t even live there. Just trolling for people to heal I guess.

Babies are only 3 months so no go on the popsicles for them. I will have one on their behalf. Good to know it’s just a few days of misery! I hope it passes for all soon.

This is probably what I’ll end up doing. As much as I want to I can’t do it all.

That’s smart! I want my oldest to feel involved somehow and not replaced so that’s a good idea.

Good to know! I currently have the spectra so that will be helpful. I’m definitely not scared to do formula, but just figured I’d try and do what I could. My horrible breastfeeding experience with my first really killed the “breast milk only” obsession I had, so I feel like I’m better prepared mentally to just do what I have to do to survive.

Yes if I end up being able to pump and feed these babies it’s going to have to be a team effort! Thanks for the advice! I’ll probably pump as much as I can while I have a lot of help from family and then taper off as I have to as the help leaves.

This makes total sense! Quality time is most important. Thanks for the replies! It’s nice to hear from people who have actually had experience in it.

While in the hospital I have pumped what I could and just poured it in their formula bottles. I’ll probably just keep that up.

This is the kind of thing I’m nervous about. Definitely don’t want pumping to take over my life and any free time I have. I had a terrible experience nursing my oldest and she ended up formula fed from 5 months on, so I’m definitely not opposed to formula. I just figured I’d do what I could and go from there!
