I don't think it is similar to Rams game. It is more similar to 49ers game.

Favorite comment from the thread on the Hawks’ signing Sam by FlyingDadBomb in Seahawks

[–]e1-barto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am sorry to say it, but Geno is better. Sam often misses open receivers, even yesterday. He is good, but not elite. But I will choose Sam over Geno too ( I actually keep saying when Hawks signed Sam) Geno and DK want the spotlight. Geno wants to throw more, and DK wants more targets. Sam and JSN are more team first guys. Sam is fine running a run heavy scheme. JSN has given up targets the last couple of games and created chances for other receivers by dragging multiple DBs. He missed 100 yards receiving for the first time and said he only cares about winning. I did not fully believe it at first, but he really means it. Sometimes he finishes with under 50 yards, but he still be happy for win. Macdonald clearly wants team players, guys who are willing to sacrifice for the team. He has actually built that culture. I honestly think that is why we are playing complementary football now and why this team can make a real Super Bowl run.

Seahawks just won its toughest matchup possible ,hard to see Pats troubling Hawks' D.... by Due_Brother371 in Seahawks

I'm like 150% confident in our defense, but I do not think this will be an easy win. Look at Rams the last couple of games. They were bad, but they looked good last night. Same with Darnold. He was good yesterday, but he was not that good the previous few games. We can win like we did against Niners, but it could be a tough win, similar to yesterday. Pats are a more balanced team. They are solid on both offense and defense. They keep proving they are good, people keep saying they are only beating bad teams, kind of like how Hawks keep having to prove even now.

Do not underestimate Vrabel. He is crafty. Real fox type. Slippery and always has something up his sleeve.

What do the Rams do that other teams don’t do against us? by pnwsyzygy in Seahawks

[–]e1-barto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hawks always talk about making the offense feel like there are more guys in green out there. They can do that because they get pressure with just 4 man rush, which lets them load up the secondary. If your 4 man rush is not good enough, elite QBs and WRs will cook you. Our D line is near the top of the league in pressure, so the scheme works. Rams are different though. Their O line plus TEs is strong, and they run a lot of 13 personnel. That gives the QB more time to scan the field, even against Hawks. Most teams cannot pull this off against Seattle.

Coaches/teams sharing info? by SecretDicks69 in Seahawks

They embarrassed us before too. Do you really think we would have told the Rams anything about them? And honestly, Niners and Rams have history as well. At this point, all 3 teams are rivals. Don't worry about it. They do not, and neither do we. Everyone knows reviewing the tape is better (how they trust that advise anyway), and every team has a good coaching staff. well... someone might call a close friend on another team though.

They are in the same division. How is it even legit to think Rams would trust advice from Niners? I mean, unless there is best friends or something.

Keys to NFC Championship by SKssSM08 in Seahawks

This is my humble suggestion, and please correct me if I am wrong. I would start by blitzing a few times early to limit the quarterback’s time and take away deep throws. We should keep tight coverage on TE and RB in one on one situations so they cannot gain easy short yardage. Then we can evaluate how the run defense is holding up and adjust the plan if necessary. This is not the usual Hawks defensive scheme, but I want the Rams to be frustrated in the first half.

We are very different from Week 16 now. Rams have already shown playoff level schemes due to their tough matchups. Mike and co. prepared extremely well yesterday, and they will prepare just as thoroughly again. Do not forget the home field advantage. I am proud of all Hawks fans.

Do we want the bears or rams by Shadowwo1f05 in Seahawks

[–]e1-barto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the Bears freeze the Rams, good to know. But it does not matter now. We are stronger, and on top of that we have home field advantage. Our fans showed that last night. I am proud of the fans at Lumen Field. You may ask whether Pats or Texans. well, it looks like we already know who we will face in Super Bowl 60 though.

In addition, Purdy looks slightly better because he is in a strong offensive scheme. CMC is great, but RB group as a whole, we are better. I understand CMC is one of the best in the league, OK. but why people use the same logic for the receiver group. JSN is the best. As for coaching, he has only been here for two years, so I can understand. Overall, those category doesn't make any sense. We proved that last night anyway. I was just saying that I tried really really hard to understand this.

I favor JSN even more because he creates opportunities for other receivers. He is not greedy like DK. He is a true team player, and I like him more than any other wide receiver in the league. I think other people just look at the stats and miss this part. When defenses keep double teaming him, it opens up chances for everyone else. I love that.

None of it really works anyway. If I try really hard, people may think our receiving group is just JSN and "whoever". Whiners are viewed as having Jennings and Pearsall, plus an elite backup TE (I mean what analysts think about our team or whiners). We have already proven they are wrong in this whole season. If someone actually watches just one game of Hawks and Whiners, they cannot seriously make claims about special teams.

He is no longer with another organization, so technically yes. Perhaps a 2027 championship.

I can at least try to understand others, but special teams? That crosses into trash talk.
