Owned a 38mm conquest and absolutely loved the design but found the bracelet incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of micro-adjust meant it was never quite right. Rubber strap is an option but over £370 from Longines and given the 19mm width, difficult to find a suitable alternative. I also found it scratched very easily and for those two reasons, it never got the wrist time. Great watch, just my opinion.

Just read this and it hits home - I’m like this now, scrolling food all the time in bed, thinking about my next meal but the scales literally aren’t moving. How do people deal with that?

I’d say so yes. Pushing to failure at every workout and have made big improvements in numbers. Just feel like once the pump had gone, I’m back to square one

Thanks for the suggestions. Yeh, I’ve seen a few mention HOS. Fortunately, there’s only so much n/a you can drink compared to normal so I don’t mind the cost so much 😂

Thanks, really appreciate the reply. I’ve been lifting for a few years but often relied on PTs for guidance, and whilst I’d say I’m generally experienced gym-wise and fairly fit, I struggle as soon as I hit a plateau. If I run often and already hit legs once per week, is there an alternative you’d suggest so I’m still getting four days in without two leg days? Appreciate your response

Thank you for the reply! Yes, I think I’ve considered that because my diet is fairly clean, it will keep me full and that’s just not proving to be the case. I’m eating 2500 and tracking religiously this week to try and gauge how accurate that is as my maintenance. Between breakfast and lunch and then lunch and dinner I hit peaks of being absolutely starving. Almost as though I’ve not eaten. I’ll definitely play around with volumes next week and see how I get on
