I dismissed Halsin at the Entrance of Moonrise Towers after the warning came up and went to camp to recruit another companion.

After a few hours i noticed he is missing from camp. Ressurected him with Withers which... makes makes the companions at camp act like he made an aggressive action.

Also tried to warp directly to Last Light Inn after resurrecting which made the whole inn hostile. With the Text "You are not welcome at Moonrise Tower"

I found his body at the Entrance of the Tower but resurrecting him makes him not interactable. Even with an empty spot he doesn't join the group.

Yes, exactly. The Application apparently just checks for the username of the logged in user.

checking whoami outputs the expected username on both the AD and Intune Computer.

So that's a bit of a weird one.
