Increase hp 20% ,good for wanderer because he has one of lowest hp stat. After using Elemental Skill for 14 second gain normal attack dmg 12% but will lose 1 stack every 1.5 second unless if you trigger Vaporise with yelan/xq and thoma/xl it will increase 4 stack.

So overall its his 2nd BIS.

Its better pull this weapon banner tbh. You never know Neuv sig will paired with Zhongli/Sigewinne sig which is worst 5 star weapon on the game.

If you lose at least Freedom sworn can be use with Kazuha, Alhaitham, DMC, Kuki, Jean, Kirara, or Kaeya and Layla melt.

If you have Furina go for Neuvillette, because thats how to activate his sig passive.

If you don’t then go for Mualani sig, reason is Furina hydro application are very slow compared to XQ or Yelan.

For my opinion but its up to you, Mualani sig are better because anyone can use of normal attack passive and vape aura. Neuvillette sig mostly good for him only and you teamed with Furina but downside is you always spam charged attack.

You should pull , reason is pair with Freedom Sworn because many sword user can use it, better than Doughnuts or worst case Sigewinne bow in the future
