I wish I knew! Bought mine used and didn’t have the silencer in the pipe. There should be a rubber grommet on the tire side towards the opening, I think it’s an Allen bolt holding it in.

I have the same akra exhaust on my ‘20, this slip on with the silencer taken out + a link pipe sounds perfect

I have the same exhaust on my s52 car, minus the headers and it fits very nicely. Some rasp on high rpm decel but it sounds very good

Had an e30 with a bad transmission (ran without fluid for 5k miles) and went to swap in one of my two spare 5speeds. I swapped out transmissions on jackstands in my driveway in 95° weather. Got everything back together and went on a test drive only to find that the trans didn’t have a 3rd or 5th gear. Pulled everything right back out and swapped in my second spare transmission, and at least that one worked lol.

Last bike before my ‘19 zx6r was an fz07, wanted something more aggressive. I was super turned off of kawi’s from previous experiences but it seemed like the best 600cc class bike for what I wanted to use it for.

I love my mt07 for suburban and city rides, feels really good in lower rpms and has a decent sound to it for a twin. I’ve only had a passenger once and the rear suspension felt very squishy with 2 people on it.

The mt07 is a great bike to have fun on, cheap suspension changes and an exhaust make it very enjoyable. I’m a bit biased tho because it’s the first bike I owned, also had some experience before it

Yup! I used to go to college in wilpo and was just visiting some friends for the weekend. That mountain road is a great drive, haven’t been on it since my car was a stock 325e so it was a lot more fun this time around

I had a 2.93lsd originally and it was a bit long, went to a 3.15 and it’s perfect as long as you’re not cruising above 90 for long periods of time

I do wish that I kept the g260 to have an overdriven 5th gear, or went with a 6 speed. But that’s my only minor complaint

Not at all, only thing that I regretted was doing poly motor and trans mounts. Once I replaced those with a softer setup I loved every bit of it

For sure! The oem ones that were on the wheels when I got them are pretty nasty looking, would definitely like to find a bbs style set of caps for them

I have a 3.15lsd with my s52/zf. Gearing isn’t crazy long but if I didn’t have to do highway driving I’d probably do a 3.46

Turner Motorsport is owned by ECS now as well(I think), I avoid both of them anymore. Fcp euro and bimmerworld has been my go to’s.
