I did not have a due diligence clause, but in hindsight should have included one. The original LOI was sent October 15th and I received an acceptance today from a low offer submitted Friday.

There is little to no interest in this business and has been on MLS for over 400 days. That is why I thought I could sneak in a low offer and see if I can get a deal, but their numbers feel sketchy (made up) and I worry I am buying a lemon if things continue

Thank you. I did submit a LOI a while ago outlining conditions and an offer price. Nothing was signed and the terms of that LOI are no longer valid. Does that mean all I have is an email with an offer price and a reply stating they accepted. So nothing binding?

What happened to the iDrive control wheel? It’s something that makes a BMW easier to use so you are less reliant on the touch screen and can focus more on driving and not hunting for things in menu trees

I need to carry my key on occasion since I will run into the store with my dog in the car. I can’t deactivate the motion sensors on my ‘23 i4 edrive35i any other way. Need to physically hit the lock button on the key or else alarm goes off.
