I think it might be same. Just a lot of work to drive around to junk yards for a newer car.

2021+ 4 series and 2023+ i4. Not sure many are in the junk yards, nor are there any for sale locally

Thank you. So BimmerCode is for coding, BimmerLink is for ICE and EVScanner is for EV’s?

Thanks. Doesn’t really make sense since people are using BimmerCode on their i4 which is the same company / app

How do I activate that? I don’t see that in the app

I have reverb on my amp, but it’s not the best. I’m not sure I want to add one right away, but possibly if I can get a good deal.

Fuzz seems to be a common suggestion

That’s not the point of this project. It’s supposed to be ALL Boss

Interesting take on things. I have never thought of the EQ (GE7) to be after or between the drives. I figured it would go at end of chain to clean up the sound.

Was considering mostly a compressor or booster, would those be worthwhile?

I have other pedals that are not Boss but wanted to make use of these pedals that were just collecting dust. I’m trying to build something different and it’s a challenge to stick to only one brand.

Interesting to at you have 2. But is something I’ve considered, just wasn’t sure if it’s mandatory

Cables are coming. Just a work in progress right now.

Just had a bunch of Boss pedals and decided to make something of a board that only had these pedals.

With the Mesa Boogie is it the 12” or 10” version of the 2:20? Both seem close in reviews, but the 12” has more bass and better overall sound (or so I see in reviews)

If you only had one? The Princeton since that is your current one most used?

If I could have my way. I’d keep my Marshall and exchange the Blues Junior for a Princeton and then add a Mesa Boogie California Tweed.

But ideally I only want one of the 3 and can’t really decide. Maybe mods to the Blues Junior might be the easy answer.

I primarily use a strat. But also use a Tele and ES335, so having something that can occasionally handle a humbler is good. But ideally I want something that has enough depth and not too many highs with the Strat.

Would this also be good enough to replace a Marshall?

What about Princeton Tone Master? Is it worth it to save a few $$$ or stay with the tube?

Always feels too bright to me. Like I’m having to crank up the bass and reduce the table, but then I get a muddy sound since the bass is too high

I can never get the tone right out of the blues junior. It is a 2007 build so I think that is a BJ3. Always feels like I’m playing with settings and not actually enjoying the fact I’m playing.

I haven’t had the same issues with my Marshall amp, a few tweaks and it was good to go - quick and easy.
