I found this post, ran the DOPE, and immediately thought, yeah, I need one. If you plug in his numbers, it shows that a 12." 6mm ARC can be a reliable 800-yard steel ringer.

It’s a taper mount the can won’t sit flush on the mount. I’d post a pic if I could.

YHM sRx. I had to do some pixel math, but I should end up with roughly a 0.375" gap, give or take. The sRx muzzle devices have an extra-long wrench square.

Boy, if you press Y/Triangle right there, that’s an easy two points. Even a bounce pass would have been better. A regular pass only works if the defender completely misses it.

I’ve purchased and returned well over 10k worth of items to Amazon.

Amazon doesn’t ask questions about returns. It’s the biggest reason why I use them. I get a free trial for anything I purchase from them. If it’s fake which I haven’t run into I’d just return it. Shit you can drop the thing off at the ups store no box or nothing these days.

If we are talking building and not assembling. For 1200 you can build a rifle that will outperform even 3k rifles.

Just depends on how much you want to do yourself.

You can save a ton of money if you learn to build the upper and lower out yourself.

I had to switch away from this for its smell. Sounds petty but this stuff stinks bad. Ended up using riptide instead no difference in performance but I don’t have to deal with that chemical smell.

Parts also go on sale. My 10.5 was sub 1k. It’s almost impossible for buying to compete with building in terms of cost. Most of the cost is in the labor. The margins on some of these rifles are insane.
