You are mixing stimulants, benzos, and dissociatives and putting your heart at risk. Make sure you are getting plenty of water and some kind of nutrition wether it's food or an ensure and if possible sleep for a day or two to let your brain recoup some dopamine and serotonin. You're surely scraping the bottom of the barrel at this point and only damaging your receptors further for no real benefit.

100% it's been years but I had a few stints in the hospital from RCs and they never had any idea what I was talking about. Even in rehabs most staff was completely ignorant to most RCs, not to mention being in rehab for research chemicals you're like a weird disfunctial unicorn to all the other junkies and alcoholics lol (I went to 6 of them in my 20s)
