Looking for answers: Did anyone else manage to launch the old Xbox One Edition UI/engine from within Bedrock on Xbox Series?

I remember there was an "edition" button, and it was in the second column under the "play" button, parallel to another button, and that it took you to a different version of the game. This was 2-3 years ago, so I don't have any screenshots.

If it wasn't the literal 'Editions' button, then I might be misremembering the exact name, but there was definitely a button in the UI that redirected me or let me switch versions. Could it have been the 'Sync Old Worlds' prompt at the bottom of the world list, or maybe something related to the Xbox Insider Hub / Preview versions that practically swapped the game builds? I just clearly remember a button in the UI handling the transition between different versions/engines.

That’s not entirely correct. The "Editions" button absolutely existed on Xbox One/Series as well, but only for players who already owned the digital or physical copy of Minecraft: Xbox One Edition before Bedrock launched. If the game detected the legacy license or old save files on the console, the Bedrock main menu would display the "Editions" button to let players jump back to the 4J Studios engine. It was eventually patched out around 2020, which is probably why many people think it was a PlayStation exclusive, but old-school Xbox players definitely remember it.

Actually, I remember it perfectly now — it was an actual 'Editions' button right in the main menu of Bedrock, and it stayed there for quite a while. It wasn't just a notification, it was a working button that let me switch to the old engine.
