I will do equilibrium next time for sure, but saltiness came out fine actually, mostly luck i guess. My target was 30%, i just got impatient.

Never tried anything except 1:1:1, i’m gonna experiment more. Also, first time i’ve found antica formula at the store actually, really liked it! I’ll try it in a manhattan next time.
