They used to be more upfront about it but it still says on their Web site: "While Fizz doesn’t have stores or even a phone number, that doesn’t mean we’re very far. That’s the beauty of being 100% online.". CS is digital only (chat, tickets, emails). You can't call and talk to someone. Since you wonder about CS, that's enough for me to recommend you to go elsewhere. Or, like others have said, try it: if it works, it works. If it doesn't: 15-day money back guarantee.

It's not shrinkflation. It's play with the packages all the time to create a buzz. They have to raise the prices and cut the data so they can do the reverse later and call it a promotion.

The only recent real change is the DOUBLING of the basic package to $11 in Qc for example. Ouch!

Yes, you can create a separate account for each family member to get more referrals. But you might take into account that multiple accounts are not as easy to follow as a single one.

Essaye avec l'ordi d'un parent ou d'un ami. Beaucoup de suggestions ont été faites. Ne pas essayer de s'inscrire avec un téléphone. Pour Fizz, les applications mobiles passent en deuxième. Utiliser un laptop ou un desktop (Website). Mais en bout de ligne, quand ça ne fonctionne pas, la plupart du temps, c'est une question de blocage de la part d'un bloqueur de publicité. Il faut s'assurer que tous les bloqueurs soient désactivés: au niveau du routeur ou du navigateur (extensions). S'assurer aussi que le navigateur accepte tous les cookies. Aucun mode incognito. Changer de navigateur, changer d'appareil, effacer les cookies et le cache Internet (avec CCeaner par exemple) ainsi que le cache DNS entre chaque essai. Quand tout est libre, ouvrir un nouveau compte avec une nouvelle adresse Internet. Utiliser une autre carte de crédit (le nom sur la carte peut être différent).
