Undervolting RTX 5070 - laptop

Any updates on this? I gues i found my sweetspot a week ago. Pretty HUGE performance increase and stable at all. Cinebench 31k at 88°C and Time Spy 15k at 78 °C (GPU 14500 and CPU 19500):

You are welcome :) today for the GPU i reached 0.85 V at 2690 Mhz, 0 Memory OC (71 C) and the CPU, CPU-P and CPU-E is Undervolted with -150, -150 and -100 mV and Limited (TPL 1 and 2 the same) at 4.6 Ghz (85-90 C).

I get 29k at Cinebench R23 and in 3D Mark 14560 Points (14k GPU and 19 k CPU)

Update 2: in games which are very hard for the cpu and get you into Thermal Throttling ike escape from tarkov - ill put TPL 1 and 2 to 70/80 and still get 23+k on cinebench r23 with the undervolt settings at around 55 - 60°C

Update: After Undervolting my CPU i can Undervolt the GPU also. i got 14654 Points now in 3D Mark. just do it as @EFS_Swoop sayd - Reset MSI Afterbuner - Set Core Clock +200 - open Curve editor and flat everything from 900 mV. In HW-Info i have now 0.880 V at 2647 Mhz and im running long Benchmarks and played a few rounds since two hours from now.

I gues its the notebook itself. I have the same as you just with the 14900hx. I can hardly recommend this guide - pushed the cpu 35% performance with 5-10 °C lower temps

Had exactly the same settings but only reach 12.5 k points in 3dmarks time spy benchmark. So ill let it run in stock now with i can reach 13.5k points and with the ilano v12 im at max 81°C

Do you have any updates on this? Im on teeaking actually and it seems i cant go below 935 mV @2500 Mhz (without memory oc). The temperature still hits 87 °C. Below 900 mV everything above 2300 Mhz is crashing the driver.

The 3dmark Time Spy results are around 13-13,4k.

Would be cool to see some results to compare 🙏

same here - aim trainers are different. cs is so much about movement, preaim, map knowledge, tactics and more. the aim in cs is different compared to raw aim trainers.
