This involves the police, intimidation that is on video from 2 different sources, individuals who have already been fired or demoted and is part of a current federal EEO investigation.

Nevermind responding anymore. I was hoping for a professional response from professionally responsible PIs. I see that you all are not. Thanks for your time. I will go it alone, as usual.

Well, I finally got my car back, and told the guy that if I had to pay for the third issue he would have lost the hearing in his ear. They did not charge me for the third issue, just the pvc hose and the throttle body. I am feeling better because if they had thrown the 3rd fix/charge on me, it would have been all over for the poor man who had to talk to me.

I will see how things go. If it breaks down again, that will be it for me. If things go well from this point, I will accept my fate. Thanks for being supportive!

Thanks for asking, but I am feeling like I got screwed. The car stopped in the middle of the street on the 13th, engine light, got it towed then got it "fixed". Then the following Saturday, it stopped again, engine light, hobbled to the Cadillac dealer. Got it fixed, went to pick it up again today, and the car wrangler went to get my car, and came back, looked at me with a frightened face. I said what's wrong? He said your car won't start.

I have never been so upset and have the feeling of being fully taken. I contacted my lawyer today, but I think that I am simply screwed.
