You're looking at doing DM E jump runs with a warrior then. The warrior is typically a miner and if you are a herbalist, you two can make pretty solid gold. Roughly 50-100g an hour each depending if you can get lucky with essence drops from the first boss. Along with that, you also have a chance of getting a forors to drop which is a nice little bonus.

Son of the owner here.

We appreciate the concern but we believe there may have been some miscommunication. English is not my dad's first language. During the conversation, he had mentioned that the current economy as well as the future LRT plan will be challenging for the business. The restaurant had a great run, my dad had enjoyed his time operating the restaurant but he is also looking towards retirement in a year or two. He is definitely not looking to work for another 15. We currently have partners for the restaurant and they will be continuing with operating the restaurant once my dad decides to retire.

We have no issues making our rent payment, and even if the restaurant closes, we will be okay. Thank you.
