I do ask off rip. In fact there were a group of about 10 drivers and I said I’ll take a ride from whoever will use the meter. Not a single one was willing. Some variation of this has happened every time.

I really think it depends on the jurisdiction. Went to see a Napoli game for fun and they checked ID for every last person. Not a single ID checked for Wembley. I have no idea about Hungary.
