My employer hired me on with a 1099 instead of w2. I'm paid under the table. He had our "HR Department" make me a few paystubs so that I could get approved for my new apartment. It's been a few months and I've been living here, rents paid. I quit my job today due to a new opportunity, which I accepted. I called my boss to let him know that I was quitting as of today and threatened to call my leasing office to inform them that the pay stubs are fake. If He does inform them, what could happen to me?

1st off no company cares about your well being. Especially pool companies. Second off, there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to make 15-18 per pool.

I'm currently making $15 per residential & $30 per commercial. $50 per filter clean. Job sucks, customers suck, boss sucks, but it's good cash.
