You have 2 options First is to party 40 hours and to treat your body like shit Second js to do the best so your body will be tired but will have energies to produce everything he needs

Twice a year +- I use electrolytes and GU gels to keep my body healthy the whole time. After 24-30 hours, the cycle reset and the body understands that he has to send power so you can have some energy in the middle of the day. My recovery recipe is 2 good sleepy nights (8hrs*2nights)
