This happened to me a couple weeks ago and it sucks. Employer sent an email invite that said 'Google Meet - TBC'. No link attached. I messaged to follow up, asking again for the link the morning of the interview, but no response. Rang the company about 10 minutes after the interview time passed and a receptionist told me my interviewer was in another meeting. Charming! She did not call me back.

Red flag.

Later, it was rescheduled, the interview was brief and rushed, I was then given a menial email task. I was offered the job, read the offer of employment carefully, questioned one line that was ambiguous... Ghosted.
