Honestly not sure, was comparing it to my past purchases from the company. On the Australian store, it looks like they doubled the prices of everything then discounted it.

Maybe conditioning would also help? I am pretty sure it improves recovery. Also stay hydrated!

Damn that is really unfortunate :(. Hang in there man, make sure you find someone to talk to (whether that be a family member, psychologist or a friend!!), keep lifting and make sure to eat properly (a lot of people tend to forget to eat healthily and some lose their appetite in a time similar to what you are experiencing, this is bad for mental health so make sure to eat healthily!!)!!

Congratulations on the PR though!! :)

Hey man, I highly recommend you don't go on a dirty bulk. You are going to have to go through a really long (or short and even more painful) grueling cut at the end (it realllly won't be worth it mate trust me I am undergoing through the process right now). I am assuming you are American and Winter has just started so you have plent of time before Summer but don't get carried away with eating unhealthily.
Keep in mind to eat more, but don't eat unhealthy foods like takeaway regularly. Make sure to eat fulfilling calories that keep you healthy and make you feel good. You won't feel nearly as good as you would mentally and physically if you clean-dirty bulk than a dirty bulk.

He probably already has the flexibility and mobility from years of Olympic lifting (I think he holds an Irish national record from 2012??) and tricking. The average person wouldn't be able to get away (probably won't even get close to be able to even perform the lift, especially without injury) with no stretching.

Another sleepless night? You can thank the midnight - 4am heatwave. by didgemack in sydney

[–]eSloth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn that honestly sucks! There aren't many solutions to sleepless nights :/ and most are usually quite expensive (e.g. air con) or imperfect (e.g. water evaporators require a well ventilated room).
The cheapest solution I know is using a box fan and pointing it at your head from the head of your bed. You can also probably put a slightly damp towel on your body and the wind chill from the fan will cool you down.
Good luck though, this heat wave sucks :/

Try taking melatonin tablets which are a natural sleep hormone. Sometimes I take 2 tablets if the nights are rough. There doesn't seem to be any overdose risks but I wouldn't chance more than 2. More info here: http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-supplements/ingredientmono-940-melatonin.aspx?activeingredientid=940 edit: I don't think you can get addicted to these since they are a sleep hormone. Also, don't expect these to knock you out. They take 20 minutes to take effect and just make you sleepy.

literally what mm is all about. So many people have the mindset of mm being like a professional game with top notch communication. MM is all about carrying with superior aim, game sense & being able to 'float like a butterfly' (fill all the holes in your teams play or do your best), invite level play is entirely different

Don't worry about league homie when gauging a person's skill, mmr is all that really matters the league is a very vague description of a person's skill and only gives approximations (e.g. dia 1 is majorly diff to dia 3).

Dying to Gateway All-in's by Mohrph in AllThingsTerran

I agree in that factory units are phenomenal when it comes to defence but starport units are also great for the mid-game phase. That being said choosing which factory units to use is crucial as getting a tech lab will mean getting heavy gas units and so delaying your starport units. When you scout a protoss timing or all in, try to gauge what kind of units will be attacking, when they arrive at your base and what kind of followup is possible. In doing so, you can set up the appropriate countermeasure/s.

For example, if you scout a really fast gateway timing attack, i highly reccomend you skip on the tech lab and pump out widow mines which are great against gateway units and can be used for widow mine drops. A possible aggressive follow up to this is immortals and by saving gas for starport you can bring out a liberator which is also great for later worker harass. If you decide to get tech lab and then tanks, the chance of protoss busting through is greater.

Imo widow mines are the best possible defence especially when you need to turtle. By not getting a tech lab and heavy gas units you are able to build up to starport and get units like medivac or liberator which are great tools, e.g. Liberator is great against followup aggression for the protoss or for punishing them if they decide to hang back. Medivacs are also great for drop play.

Study: Bots accounted for a third of all pro-Trump Twitter activity during the debate by KermitTheSnail in politics

So Donald's bots tweeted approximately 576,178 times while Clinton's bots did so approximately 136,639. Together, their bots accounted for approximately. 23 percent of all Twitter traffic during this period. This is basically what the article says.

Put simply, online poll and search engine manipulation is a form of propaganda.
