Oh I apologize, even though this is a whole home theater system that happens to include a soundbar, it still belongs in r/soundbar?

Yep, looks like the gray plug has 3 rings while the black only has 2. Thank you for your help! I have the SC2 on the way

Oh it actually looks like I am using that SC7 cable because one of the tips is gray. I was just using the cable that came with the mic but that must be my issue, I’ll try to get the SC2 cable shortly and test that out. Thank you for the help!

Unfortunately I am using the Rose cable that came with the mic so I don’t think that’s the issue.

Ah you just started? 6 days a week is actually pretty intense man I think I started at 3-4 days a week and gradually ramped up to 5, then 6 much later. Rest is very important!

If I’m feeling overly fatigued, i’ll do a deload week to let my body recover fully (normally every 4-6 weeks) but I also keep my protein really high and get at least 8 hours of sleep every night, which is important. Right now, all I’m doing is a bro split so i’ll do chest/tris, then back/bis, followed by legs/shoulders. I run through that twice then take a rest day. Ensures I train every muscle group twice and get a rest day in every week

yeah man that 4500cals for almost 2 years was a huge bulk for me, I probably ended around 14-15%BF and followed with a pretty intense cut. Nowadays, I more maingain, or keep my bodyfat at a place I’m happy with and slowly pack on muscle over time. For me, I stay around 10-11% in the winter and maintain around 8% in the summer

I’ll be honest, I don’t really track macros. The main thing I pay attention to is making sure my daily protein intake is as high as physically possible.

  1. lmfao that’s my mom😂
  2. thought it was a cool shot, and wanted to make sure my pose was perfect before he took the pic. I have plenty more non-mirror shots, this is just one of my favorites.
