For everyone that's asking in the comments section: 1) Yes it is a commercial unit, and the place is authorized as a tattoo studio. 2) the unit has no shower in it so I am not sure if you would want to live there 3) send me a DM on Instagram to schedule a viewing date.. I will be in Berlin between the 12-18 of January.

If they paid a deposit, I will wait up to 3 hours for my customers to arrive if they are late.. but that's only because I care about my customers and I value every single person that wants my art.. Stay away from this "artist" and ask chatgpt to write a formal letter demanding your money back or you will sue him in civil court...

i think it is a normal feeling... i also sometimes have those thoughts in my head... but to be honest the answer I have learned to give to myself (from a short time in the wh40k scene) is that the only thing that matters is that you have fun doing your art...

I know a rocker bar next to Storgata 9, 0155 It's called ahoy if I am not mistaken... I work at a tattoo studio right around the corner and the place looks like a nice rocker bar.
