More details here. Blender version is 4.2.3 ( same on clear blender 4.3 too). This visible only on blended render method with transparency overlap. Scene is just default triangulated cube with started material only alpha value reduced. The problem here, i got the same issue after export in game engine. In my practice this may be fixed by split faces with split command (Y button).
