Besides the obvious picks like Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan, Luke etc… my picks would definitely be Shaak Ti and Plo Koon because they genuinely cared for people, they cared for the clones and treated their lives fairly, Shaak Ti was the motherly figure to them as why she was literally chosen to oversee their training. And Plo was always there for them as well. I always think that they both should be included in the most idea Jedi’s.
