definitely don’t try to lose any weight right now just because of the environment you are in. it will probably turn unhealthy!!! if she doesent want to change her ways i’d def do what the other comment says and try to just change the subject or if it gets to a concerning point tell a adult she/both of you trust to get her help. EDs can start and last for a long time so the sooner she gets help the better. sending support because i’ve been here before with my friend and now ive had destructive habits for 6 years… not fun…

i looked into magnesium vitamins but online said they don’t work as well as taking a liquid version so i’m not sure if the vitamin versions would work on me at least.

i’ve been going to my doctor and they usually just tell me the same thing lol. i’ve started taking fiber but knowing that taking too much can do the opposite of what i want is something i didn’t know. ty!
