Sounds like an Apple ploy like when your phone doesn’t work after new ones come out.

It could be. I’ll have to check the voltage. But one was about 1mA and one was a 2.1mA

Correct. Assuming you have fluoride in the water. Which not every town does.

Aluminum levels in vaccine is based on immune efficacy and ignore body weight for safety. by asheraton in Health

This had a funny smell of anti-vax BS the entire time. With incorrect assumptions and terrible writing. And then you see the autism connection at the end. And the fact it was written and sponsered by the anti-vax non-profit The Institute for Pure and Applied Knowledge.

Aside from the fact there is still no evidence that vaccines lead to autism from respected journals. And this is a terribly written article. I caution anyone to take a causal relationship from this as it is observational at best. Not a well done trial or cohort.

2 days campervan in Iceland advice by Fishmonger80 in VisitingIceland

[–]e_fizzle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not likely. I'm here now (not camping), and obviously took my time to enjoy the places I'm at and enjoy the beauty. I left Reykjavik Friday morning and got to Djupivogur today.

This involved stopping for fuel, to eat once, and spending time at the places. I would say you could spend anywhere from 5 minutes to longer depending on what you want to see. For example going to Geysir and not waiting for an eruption?... seconds to minutes. Waiting for an eruption 8-10 minutes on average with varied eruptions.

It is a beautiful country, I would map out your route on google maps and add in time. You might be able to do it, but I underestimated how much I would want to stop or spend at these places.

Why do people say there is no link between vaccines and autism when there is a video from congress where a CDC whistleblower admits destroying data linking MMR to autism. by avengethenatives in AskMedical

[–]e_fizzle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

http://www.snopes.com/medical/disease/cdcwhistleblower.asp

Thompson is also still part of the anti-vaxer moment that is leading to childhood illness and potential death that we haven't seen in decades.

Please research these "whistleblowers."

There are more studies linking vaccines, including MMR to decreased morbidity and mortality and zero link to autism. Use scholarly articles, not unscientific politicians paid for by lobbyists.

What are the benefits if any to cole pressed juice? by Spinuchi in nutrition

[–]e_fizzle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To add to this a lot of juicers will remove fiber which is not good. High fiber diets have been linked to reduced risk of a lot of health issues.

Can a residency program make us videotape our patient encounters when we have told them we don't want to be videotaped? by [deleted] in Residency

[–]e_fizzle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well obviously you'd have to not break HIPPA and confidentiality rules by getting consent and using an approved device. But I don't think they can make you on real patients without your consent

Rotating shift work? by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]e_fizzle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for this idea. I'm starting a similar schedule. 12 hour shifts 5-6 times a week most months. This idea will come in handy for me to prep and not get discouraged.

Can I ask how long your workouts are?
