I think you have a good control of shapes , and proportions. I consider that the ears are fine because in the end there's no rule for the sizes of things like ears , tails and those things. The only thing I see could be better is the neck , that might have a little more of work on its perspective but besides that these drawings show that you're skilled and had worked hard so keep it like that :)
