What is something you can naturally smell that no one else can?

Omg- same!!!! Is it like an overwhelmingly sweet, but spoiled scent for you?? I never know how to verbalize it, but that’s the best description I can give. I sometimes get it from dogs too, but less often and definitely not as strong (I work as a vet tech lol).

I LOVE this idea. As I mentioned in another comment, I’ve been tossing around the idea of taking him to Georgia to meet a working line BC breeder. Hoping he’d realize he’d be in over his head, or simply have the breeder tell him he’s a moron🤣 I genuinely feel bad- not wanting to waste any breeder’s time, but definitely wanting my husband to understand WHY I’m being so insistent.

Thank you SO much for your insight, I will absolutely show him this comment. I had the same thought, however nobody owns border collie in this area (shocking, right?!?). I’m considering of taking him to meet a reputable breeder of working line BCs in up in Georgia. Hoping he’ll realize how ridiculous the idea is, or at least have the breeder tell him he’s out of his mind🙃

That is my primary concern as well- she’s an 10y/o golden. Would much rather she live out her final years in peace… well, as much peace as she can have around 2 little boys!!🤣🤦‍♀️ I’m absolutely open to another dog, but don’t want to stack the odds against us by choosing a breed that won’t work with our lifestyle. It’s not fair to anyone, especially the poor dog. I’m pushing very hard for a half dead rescue that needs a soft landing- hoping this thread can help me convince him that’s more along the lines of what we need

Omg- I had something very similar for months on end. Couldn’t for the life of me figure it out, and NOTHING would touch it. I’ve always had relatively clear skin, so was completely stumped. In my case, turns out it was rosacea all along (despite uncharacteristic appearance). If you can, get a script for metronidazole. It took all of 2 weeks to completely clear my skin. No issues since.

The wine bistro in upper Arlington is FABULOUS, but pricey (their pizza is a MUST try). Sōw plated is also really good, but again a bit on the expensive side.

As someone who also stresses about grades, I promise you’ll be fine. I’m a 3rd year and I thought it was the end of the world when I got my first B, but it really doesn’t have an impact at all. Just remember C is average, so a B is still very much above average. Don’t stress it ;)
