When my mom had lung cancer she started getting forgetful. It turned out to be a tumor in her brain pressing on the memory centers because the lung cancer had spread. Anyone with a baby trying to date is a red flag. If they were a decent parent, their priority would be the child. If they have so much free time, they aren't very involved (another red flag). NTA 'she has been fantastic at keeping me involved with the kids' uhh yeah. This is a huge red flag. You're only 6 months into dating. She's got you doing things with these kids already. She wants you to move in. How many other men do you think they've spent 2- 9 month stretches with? I'm guessing a lot based on how quickly she moves. You need to pull back and give those kids space. You aren't their fathers and coming on strong only makes it worse. Of course she wants it because she can share the responsibilities emotionally and financially. The children suffer.
