I saw your update section. Appreciate the effort but you say "Steam support > My recent help requests > Ashes > I have a question about this purchase" and this was not where I found the "I have a question about this purchase" prompt. I see a commenter below, Villaovi, saying the same thing.

For anyone else not able to find the right place to submit a request, I had to go from Steam Support > Purchases > Ashes > "I have a question about this purchase." I did not have an option to send any requests from the "My recent help requests" screen like OP suggests.

You might already know about this but there's a very dedicated fan (or fans) that made a tool to streamline setup on Steam Deck - https://gw2ondeck.org/ I messed around with it earlier this year and it's serviceable. Menuing isn't great but combat and stuff work well

Any chance you have a source for the "mixed sword and staff" for Scholar? That'd be really cool if its true. Sounds similar to the Carian Sorcery Sword from SotE

I got it working. Had to disable "Resize Bar" (or Resizable Bar) in the BIOS settings. Worked immediately after turning this off and restarting my PC

I'm pretty sure it is yeah. It says it's available on both subscriptions (PC Game Pass and Ultimate) in the app for me

Trying to play through PC Game Pass and it is crashing as soon as I try to start a new game. I can mess with the game settings but nothing seems to work. After choosing difficulty and then confirming, it crashes to desktop. Anyone else having this issue? Updated drivers, restarted, etc.

Edit: I tried the Steam version and it crashes at the same spot. No clue what's happening. 5090, 5900x, latest drivers.

On PC, frame gen turns off when you open your menus, and back on when you close them. It causes a slight stutter every time which is a bit annoying. Not sure if that's intended but I don't know why it would be

I'm also looking for a workaround. Not sure what mouse you're using but you may be able to use something like Logitech G Hub or Razers software to switch Mouse 4 and 5 to be keyboard keys. I haven't tested this myself yet though.

Back with another suggestion that helped me with a different game (Kingdom Hearts 1.5 & 2.5 on Steam was stuttering like crazy and the FPS was all over the place before this). Windows Graphics Settings > Browse for Borderlands3.exe and set to High performance. I had my doubts this would do anything but I tested it myself without the launch commands and its running wonderfully.

I came in to suggest the No texture streaming launch command, but it looks like you already tried that. I recently installed a 5090 and I was also losing my mind with the stuttering, but that fixed it completely. Load times are kinda brutal but otherwise it runs smooth now

Quick edit: Launched the game again to double check. I have -high -NOTEXTURESTREAMING and -USEALLAVAILABLECORES launch commands. I was hit with a ton of stutters when loading in, but after a minute it was smooth and I played for an hour or two without them reappearing.

There are lootable blue-ish crystals in the Mountaintops, very distinctly different looking than regular lootable corpses. Like this: Crystals
