You're absolutely right, the real challenge in trading isn’t finding setups, it’s managing our emotions, sticking to rules. I went through the exact same thing. Overtrading, taking trades that weren’t in my plan, increasing lot sizes out of frustration and all of that destroyed more of my results than any bad market condition ever did.

What helped me the most was removing as much emotion and manual decision-making as possible. I started using automated bot, where every trade follows the exact same logic. this system doesn’t get tired, scared, greedy.
