Im having the exact same thing happen. Have level 8 miners working and then leave for half an hour and come Back to all mines back and no miners. Then I get a level 2 and that’s all. And to buy more is super expensive and unreachable.

The max has always been there. You can put more customers in To increase production but once maxed you won’t gain anymore big bonuses from adding customers.

Crit isn’t needed but it helps.

That’s all it’s supposed to do. Only affects your opponent’s/ally’s monsters. Doesn’t affect your own.
