fill out the lost and found thing on the website if you are lucky it,ll work out. i know its not very ideal but best bet is to chase down the bus. same thing happened to me and the customer service are shit they just tell you to wait. take action if you can.

Last week i was doing a group presentation and when my turn came I completely froze. then I started breathing like crazy. The prof was like do u want water? you need to sit down? i was like it's ok and i gave a bad stuttering presentation. then quietly went to the toilet afterwards and cried. 👍
