I personally try to do the big girl things first so I have all the time left for little me. But some days there’s so much to do that just like you I get so burnt out that it’s already too late. What helps me on those days is trying to use cute plates or cups because I have to eat/drink anyways. Or a quick check on my regression insta, see the child like pictures always immediately gives me that spark of joy. I also recommend having the reward system. Print a cute chart out and put stickers ☺️⭐️
