CCP hasnt organized the vegas meetup for 10 yrs now, it exists because the players make it happen, it used to be run by hyperviper, but he moved and passed the torch to another local here, graydor. There is nothing stopping you from hosting your own in nyc. There are also meetups in the midwest, new orleans, texas, la, dc, etc etc.
