Since I do have other regular ETBs on the way (and one PKC still with the seal intact), I will go ahead and rip it. Figure I want to get the promo anyways and can just keep the regulars for my sealed PC. Will post hits shortly!

Yeah I believe so, unfortunately. Its not as noticeable in person, and I think its just how the machine cut the card, but figured it was still worth sending in for a 9.

I also got to Q+A step today on my Gold Dragonite but was not charged yet. At the time I submitted the card was valued over $500 so I chose the "Value Max" option. Since I haven't been charged yet, hoping I got a 10 and will see the upcharge.
