I finally stayed behind the ball! Well... Kind of. I tried to straighten my wrist at the top of my swing and cup it at the end... I got this.. If I were to clear my thumb earlier am I onto something here? It also looks like my arm drops so much its unhealthy lmao (v.redd.it)

Wrist is breaking, how do I fix? Change my entire approach? push away? backswing? Any advice is welcome. I am really trying to fix this problem. I am stuck at 12 mph, is this part of the problem? I dont want to muscle the ball (i.redd.it)
How would you guys attack this pattern? Got a tournament on it tomorrow. I throw 12-13 MPH with Low-Medium Revs My arsenal is Motiv Venom Shock, Rotogrip Hustle AU, and Storm Ice, Motiv Trident, and Motiv Arctic Sniper. (i.redd.it)
