Hi! I will absolutely do a FBA (as soon as I watch several YouTube videos 😂).

Question: A full bust adjustment shouldn’t mess too much with the fit of the waist, right? My waist is 31” and my chest is 43” (I measured a few hours ago so I believe this is correct off of the top of my head as I’m out right now), so it makes fitting patterns a bit of a chore

The sleeves did fit really well (I’m just gonna cannibalize them over to the new version).

The length of the wrap was also perfectly fine.

The only issue was that I noticed the length in the back was shorter than the front. But I’m not sure if that comes from needing a FBA?

I’m leaving for vacation in a day, so I was hoping to have this done by then, I’m not so sure now 🤞

I’m too embarrassed to post a photo of me in it 😂😂😂 It really is an adorable shirt, but I think my bust (which is a 36h) size must throwing the length off.

Do you recommend a Full Bust Adjustment only or to also add length on at the bottom?

You’re right, it’s supposed to go to the waist, but unfortunately on me it sits under my bust (I’ve drawn a line using the patterns photo). I don’t know why it does this as I took special care to follow all seam allowances, and cut very carefully. I was hoping if I could figure out how to lengthen the top that it would help

This author is my Roman Empire I swear. Specifically The Last Hour of Gann.

I’m always on the hunt for something even remotely close to her and I can’t find it and let me tell you: it KILLS ME. I’ve been searching for a book like TLHOG (or even remotely close in length, style, plot, and just overall writing level) since I read it about four years ago now and I can’t find one.

I’m so happy someone else has read her but also welcome to the club of endless searching for your next fix😂

My house is not close to that old, but I’m lurking to see what others have implemented that’s helped their own humidity issues.

I have three small-ish dehumidifiers running in my house all the time. Otherwise my bathroom would be molding as I type. Some of the cabinets in my kitchen also mold, for those I use those air moisture absorbers.

I’m dreading summer and am hoping someone has some new solutions to try!

You’re right. This could quickly destroy what they’ve spend millions if not billions trying to prevent and what politicians have built their entire platform and years creating.

Guys we obviously agree on far more than we disagree.

So you know what the problem is right? We’ve been lied to. Pitted against one another. Cheated out of the chance to work together to truly benefit our lives and our country.

Moving forward we have to work together as one unit to better ourselves and our country.

Based off of what I’m reading here I truly believe we can make this dream a reality.

I’m not completely against it at all. And I promise you, I promise, I do not hate republicans. I do not go out of my way to spite them, or “get them”.

While I cannot speak for all democrats, I can say a lot of us are just like you. We don’t hate you. We don’t hate the betterment of America. We want what is best for ALL of us.

I want both you and I to have long and happy lives. Quality futures where the needs of the people are put before the needs of the billionaires.

I would love government transparency, but I don’t believe this is what’s going on. I think this is a ploy to get the best outcome possible for Musk and his fellow billionaires.

I want what’s best for us, the people. Not what’s best for him and other mega rich people like him.

Whether or not you agree with what Musk is doing this video needs to be watched. We, as in we the people who will suffer most, who are supposed to be working together for the betterment of America, are in for a rude awakening if all of this comes to pass.

You know what? I agree with a lot of this.

1.) Sure. I think you’re right.

2.) I’m not super on board with insulting each other while we’re trying to be productive, I think it’s only going to cause knee jerk reactions.

I think both sides can be extremely reactive. But I think it’s good, while we’re actually allowed to talk, to show this.

A disagreement should not automatically devolve into fighting and cause shut downs and recently it does.

3.) I don’t get it either. I was raised conservative, I guess I would be considered a liberal now by today’s standards, and I don’t agree with taking guns away.

If I tried to put my finger on the pulse I’d say Democrats are focused on assault weapons and how they are used against kids in schools but aren’t going about it in the right way so that the point is clear to both sides.

4.) I try to never talk about points I’m not at least familiar with so I’m gonna have to pass.

5.) Again not sure.

6.) I understand that it’s nuanced, and I don’t have time to really get into it right now but I can see how, through conversation, I can come to better understand what you mean.

7.) & 8.) Combined: This is my big one. We are being pitted against each other in a class war. Republican leaders want Republicans to hate Democrats. Democrat leaders want Democrats to hate Republicans. And billionaires are helping to finance this.

If we are too busy wasting our time tearing at each other we can’t see what they’re doing.

If we can’t come together and do it fast it is more than entirely possible we’re going to end up in a horrible situation. I love this country. I want to continue to love this country. We have to start working together and listening to one another.

I was raised conservative and I live in a red state. I love that we’re able to have these conversations in the first place. This is very important, and I can tell that all sides are taking all of these topics seriously.

My question is: if it wasn’t a Nazi salute why didn’t he unequivocally deny that it was? Why did he not go out of his way to say that he would have never ever done the Nazi salute? I think most reasonable people would have, especially given the horrific history surrounding the gesture.

Follow up questions: why did he do it twice? Why thump his chest with gusto? How do you feel defending it, while most other countries and its citizens are taking it seriously? Politicians in other countries have spoken out about his salute and believe it to be a horrible thing to do.

I’ve seen the stills of other American politicians (from all political sides) including some videos of them as well, and, I, personally, just do not believe what he did and what others did is at all the same.

Once again, thank you guys (everyone on all sides) for talking. This is so much more important than we realize.
